Location: Ottawa
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience:
- Real Estate Admin: 2 years (Required)
- Provide administrative support for real estate transactions
Skills and Abilities:
- Previous experience in the real estate industry as an administrator is an absolute MUST
- Essential that the candidate is proficient in preparing purchase and listing agreements, experience in broker loading listings on various real estate boards, be detail-oriented to submit error-free work and able to work independently with little supervision
- Experience of clerical duties such as filing, organizing, correspondence, booking appointments, managing databases
- Computer literacy is a MUST; proficient with computer systems such as DotLoop and office suite programs; MS Office is mandatory
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management capabilities
- Outstanding speaking and written communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Administration
- Prepare listing paperwork (Webforms) through DotLoop; prepare offers
- Schedule photos/virtual tours
- Inputting new listings into a database: Matrix
- Communicate with agents, mortgage brokers, lawyers on a regular basis
- Prepare waivers/amendments
- Order status certificates for condo properties
- Schedule open houses; set up auto searches for clients
- Create leases (residential and commercial)
General/Miscellaneous
- Ability to maintain appointments and keep track on Google calendar
- May have to work outside business hours
