- Cancelling all non-essential meetings and encouraging clients to meet with us online. We will set up virtual meetings at your request.
- Arranging for clients to sign documentation electronically, whenever possible. Where not possible, we are adjusting existing service delivery methods and introducing new ones, to be as safe as possible. Your agent will work with, and consult, you in this regard.
- Asking clients to send us documentation in electronic format only. Clients should consult their service provider directly to ensure the documents are delivered in a manner that is secure and acceptable.
